ReadyFresh Meals is dedicated to the health and safety of all its employees and customers.  We are constantly following the COVID-19 developement and adapting our measures to meet the government requirement.  We have taken the following precautions during this pandemic:

1.All of our employees wear gloves and masks as well as face shield during all steps of food preparation and handling.

2. Work stations are sanitized every 20 minutes.

3. Employees are required to wash their hands every 20 minutes.

4.  Delivery is contactless and your order will be placed at your door.

There is no delivery charge for all orders over $50 before taxes. Otherwise, a $10 fee will be added to your invoice.

Our weekly menu is available on our website at all times or you can receive it by email.  When you create your account, sign up to our newsletter and the menu will be sent on Saturday.  In the newsletter, you will not only receive the full menu, but a link to place your order.

A reminder will be sent out on Wednesday to ensure you don’t miss the order deadline.

There are 2 options for ordering:

 

  • By ordering online through our website
  • By phone at 438-455-1941 

Every week, a new menu is available starting Saturday morning. You can order between Saturday and Wednesday at noon (12pm) by internet or by phone.

You can cancel you order by phone or email before Wednesday at 5pm. Please note that any order not cancel by the deadline will be processed and charged as usual. 

In general, we suggest reheating cooked dishes in a conventional oven rather than in a microwave oven to maintain flavors and textures.  All of our containers are oven and microwave safe.  Please feel free to reheat using the method of your choice.

 

Another option is to put your meal in your choice of cookware and reheat as desired. Any meals prepared in a sauce, stews, chilis or soups are best prepared in a saucepan. All of our meals will have an icon and our recommended reheating method.

The expiry date is displayed on each product. This information is available on the week's menu as well as on product labels. We suggest taking note of these dates in order to properly plan your meals during the week.

 

Our containers are freezer safe so should you want to extend the lifespan of any meal, please freeze immediately after delivery.

 

The shelf life of our products depends on the type of food, ingredients and date of preparation. We always prepare our meals in order to guarantee maximum freshness and maximum shelf life without adding preservatives

We use mainly two types of packaging. For dishes that heat up in the oven, we use aluminum containers that are microwave, oven and freezer safe. For soups and sauces, we use plastic polystyrene foam containers.

 

All of our containers are recyclable and we request that you do so.

A list of ingredients is provided on our website and on the packaging for each meal to ensure you have all necessary information when placing your order if you have a food allergy or intolerance.

 

Please ensure to check the ingredients before placing your order.  Our recipes and practices are standardized and therefore cannot modify meals according to allergies.

 

At ReadyFresh Meals, we take care when handling, preparing food and packaging our food but as in any food establishment, there is always a risk of cross-contamination.  It is your responsibility to assess the risks when placing your order.

What if I am not at home to accept the delivery?

If you are not home during delivery, our courier will drop the box off at your front door (or wherever you specify in your Delivery Instructions).

 

If you do not wish to have us leave it at your door, please leave instructions such as:

 

  • Provide the address of a neighbour that will be home during the delivery window and can accept your package for you.

 

  • If you live in an apartment building or condominium, ask your concierge to receive the box for you, or give buzzer instructions to the courier via the Delivery Instructions to leave the box safely inside the building lobby or hallway.

 

  • Provide an alternative address where someone will be home
How does the food stay fresh in transit?

All of our boxes contain an insulated liner and ice packs to keep your food fresh until you get home the night of delivery.
